they gave him 30 years for something he did decades ago if it wasn't a video of it he still would've got locked it for just somebody saying it the woman that was involved didn't want to be in it didn't want to see him in prison but the state went after him throwing him in jail could r Kelly create new music from jail on cell phone or over the normal phone because other artists have done it multiple times but i don't think he owns his music anymore they took everything from him
