40 YEAR OLD DUSTY MOBLEY HAD MULTIPLE WARRANTS SO HE THOUGHT HE CAN ESCAPE ON JOHN DEERE LAWNMOWER POLICE CHASED HIM ON FOOT GOT CLOSE AND TASED HIM KNOCKING HIM OUT AND THEY ARRESTED HIM
