A MAN IN INDIA WAS HAVING PAINS IN HIS BODY DECIDED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL THEY SAW A STEEL 4 INCH NAIL HE COULDN'T AFFORD THE SURGERY SO THE HOSPITAL DECIDED TO REMOVE IT TO RELIEVE HIM OF THE PAIN AT NO CHARGE
