39 year old kashaan parks decided he wanted to do the  unthinkable rape a woman so he took his belt off wrapped it around her neck it pulled her down to the ground than dragged her  in between two parked cars taking her clothes off while she was unconscious where was the police nobody out there didn't even help her this man is married with kids he should've just went home and had normal sex with his own wife but no he wanted to rape and assault somebody else wife now she's going to be afraid to go outside  definitely going to need therapy just wait until he gets to prison he's going to be assaulted by someone
