FanDuel Courts can garnish your winnings if you owe back child support you shouldn't be betting


That's right the courts can grab up your winning bets from your FanDuel account to pay over due child support payments that you owe so be careful how much you win because you can loose it all in the same day without your permission just like one man that put in a bet of $2 dollars and won big a bet of $1500 hundred dollars in return the FanDuel company sent him a email saying that his winnings was garnished because he owed back child support payment I bet he won't do that again unless he uses a friend account to win money
