In El paso California residents never expected to find cameras in there own yard's that they didn't own so One resident was doing the Yard and found one took it to the police department four men was arrested they are planting them to figure out when you are not home and how Long does it take you to get back so they can take everything you own they never expected the residents to find the cameras at all but they did not all neighborhood is helping each other always check before you leave and come back in flowers might be hidden
