Thirdteen year old Daryl lowry won't get that experience of graduation ring from high school going to college getting married having a kid because two idiots decided to take his life away from him he was staying in a foster house owned by McCormick council chairman Bernie hamby other teens was there to 16 year old and 17 y year old who murdered him the 17 year old is sitting behind bars but 16 year old is in juvenile the way they killed him was stabbing him multiple times and held his head under water
