This is another case of being setup by the system because they were to lazy to hunt down the real suspect and decided to pin the murder on innocent man named Douglas Carter he has spent 40 years for a murder he didn't do in 1985 the victim was eva olesen police department back than found dna at the crime scene but never tested it against Carter's dna hes now 71 years old and has been released on house arrest until court date to make it official the state is going to have to cut him huge check
