42 year old Hassan jihad ibn kariem life was lost due to unsafe Seat belt on old roller coaster that probably wasn't inspected at all before they opened the park his family said just weeks before he was in a car accident with his daughter witnesses that was on the same roller coaster said that the seat belt kept coming off employees had to keep clicking it together until it finally closed but when they made the loop he fell out everybody saw him falling including his wife that didn't ride now the family members want answers and i know theyre going to sue
